Sunday School Dec 1924
The first performance of the Xmas Pantomime “Cinderella and the. Prince" took place on Boxing Night before a crowded audience who showed their hearty appreciation in no uncertain manner. Owing to going to press on the following day it is impossible to give an account worthy of the occasion, but we thank all the principals for the splendid way in which they acted their parts, the members of the chorus, which though small in numbers upheld the tradition of past years, and the delightful little fairies, who most charmingly carried out their dances. |
Last but not least to Miss
Fisher we offer our grateful
thanks for the tremendous work she has put into
the whole affair, and so enabled another
success to be added to
the many which stand to the credit of the Teachers
and herself. A
Half-Hour entertainment by the Diamond Jubilee Entertainers (who
made their
mark at the Bazaar),
preceded
the pantomime and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. |
