Sunday
Schools. Our Christmas entertainment this year takes the form of a pantomime (Jack and the Beanstalk) in 6 scenes. This show was given with much success at Armley St. Bartholomew’s last season, and it is through the kindness of the producer and writer of the play in that parish that we are able to bring it before our Bramley friends. The first performance will be on Boxing Day, (December 26th) and the last on Saturday, (January 2nd. 1926) either one or two intermediate performances during the week. In due course full details will be advertised locally, so please be on the look out, and book your seats and secure your tickets in good time, thus avoiding disappointment, and assisting us to plan our arrangements.

The
Sunday School Pantomime. The
great Christmas
pantomime undertaken by our Sunday School staff proved a better success
than
ever many of those “in the know” had anticipated.
We hoped to give a summary of
the balance sheet this month, but one or two items are still
outstanding.
However, out of a turnover of practically £80 the proceeds
come very near the
£50 mark. We take this opportunity of thanking everybody, who
has kindly helped
us in our great effort by giving their services or lending articles
required
for the production. Also to the public, both Bramley friends and those
from
other districts, we tender our appreciation and thanks for the loyal
supports
which so suitably crowned a hard, thou most enjoyable, three
months’ work in
preparation. There are still some photographs in hand, and any friends
requiring good records of the show
should apply to Mr. J. Hargreaves (Photo Secretary) or any of the
teachers. We
wish to dispose of every one if possible. Feb
