Alice falls asleep reading a book. Rabbit arrives and tries to teach some respect to the twins. Alice tries to get help from the Duchesses cat. She tries to get help from a talking caterpillar. Meanwhile the Hatter visits the March Hare.

The Hatter drops a tart on his coat lapel. Panic when Rabbit arrives to tell Hatter the Queen needs a new hat! Alice finds out a few things about the Queen. A song manages to re-assure the terrified Hatter. The Duchess tells the twins off for being greedy. She makes them share their sweets with the audience.

The Duchess plans to bake some tarts using the Queen's secret recipe she got from the Prince. The Queen's executioners arrive to arrest the Duchess but end up helping with the baking and getting a face-ful of mixture. A disaster! The tarts get burned.

The Prince questions the Gardeners to find out why they are busy painting the white roses red. Countiers question what the gardeners are doing. The Queen arrives in the garden. She now wants the Hatter to show her his hats. The Queen's mirror.

Fortunately, to the Hatter's relief, she likes this one. Now the Queen wants to play and win at croquet. A hand steals the Queen's tarts from the baking competition. Rabbit tells the cat off for sleeping on the throne. The Queen's tarts have been stolen and she finds jam on the Hatter's coat and has him arrested.
Trial Dormouse Alice for the defence The real thief Finale
Rabbit prosecutes at the command of the Queen. The Dormouse remembers the Hatter eating a tart but doesn't remember when. Alice, defending the Hatter, calls the cat who saw the tarts stolen. The real thief was the Prince. All ends up well.
